Measure a few spots (your sofa, a chair, even subwoofer positions) and Dialed In scores the bass at each, then points you to the flattest one. Often the best fix costs nothing.
Can you trust a phone and some maths?
Mostly yes, and we're upfront about where. A phone mic isn't lab gear, but your room's biggest problems live in the bass, and that's exactly where an uncalibrated mic and the room agree.
